By booking an experience with Soul & Soil, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your workshop will receive a full refund or, where appropriate, the option to transfer to another available date.

  • Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as we are unlikely to be able to fill your place.

Arrival

  • Please arrive a few minutes before your session is due to begin.

  • Some experiences, such as meditation and sound baths, begin promptly and cannot be interrupted. If you arrive after the session has started, you may need to wait until a suitable break before joining, or in some cases may not be able to enter.

Behaviour

  • We aim to create a welcoming, safe and respectful environment for everyone.

  • We reserve the right to ask anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive or inappropriate to leave the event. In these circumstances, no refund will be given.

Parking

  • Parking is available on site; however, vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk. Soul & Soil accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

Personal Responsibility

  • Please let us know before your visit if you have any medical conditions, injuries or accessibility requirements that may affect your participation.

  • You take part in all activities at your own discretion and responsibility.

Changes

  • Occasionally we may need to alter or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

A Working Farm

  • Soul & Soil is based on a working farm. Please follow any instructions given by your hosts, and respect livestock, wildlife and farm equipment to help keep everyone safe.

  • As much as we love them, pets and children are unable to attend our workshops due to insurance requirements.

Health & Safety

  • Some Soul & Soil experiences take place outdoors on a working farm and may involve uneven ground, livestock or horses. While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe environment, guests participate at their own risk and should wear suitable clothing and footwear for the activity and weather conditions.

  • Please let us know before your visit if you have any medical conditions, injuries or accessibility requirements that may affect your participation.
