In this calming and accessible session, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of meditation and discover why so many of us find it difficult to quiet a busy mind.
Through gentle breath work, focused attention and an introduction to hypnosis, you’ll explore how these complementary practices can help you relax more deeply and access a greater sense of calm, clarity and inner stillness.
The session includes a guided hypnotic meditation, bringing together breath work, meditation and hypnotic techniques to create a deeply restorative experience. There will also be time to reflect, ask questions and discover simple techniques you can take away and use in everyday life.
Perfect for beginners – no previous experience is needed.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are included during a short break, and there’s nothing you need to bring—just come as you are.
