Christmas Wreath Making on the Farm

Deck the halls with boughs of holly…

I have always foraged, gathered, and created my own Christmas wreaths using materials found in abundance around the fields, hedgerows, and woodland here on our farm just outside Windermere in the Lake District.

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you will make your own traditional Christmas wreath using natural, seasonal materials gathered from the farm.

Set in our Lakeland stone barn, this is a calm and creative festive experience, where you will be guided through the process of building and decorating a wreath to be proud of.

All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary.

🎄 What you will do

• Learn how to build a natural wreath base

• Use freshly gathered evergreen foliage and seasonal farm materials

• Decorate your wreath in your own style

• Create a finished wreath to take home and display

Throughout the workshop we will enjoy:

• Hot teas and coffee

• Mulled wine

• A warm, relaxed festive atmosphere in the barn

• Please wear warm layers as part of the workshop takes place outdoors as well as in the barn

• All materials and tools are provided

• Suitable for beginners

• Held on the farm near Windermere in the Lake District

• Approx. 2.5–3 hours experience
